About Our Service Agreements
We put together 4 differant service agreements for Aldelo POS Software based on our terms of service to better support our clients without having any small text involved. We decided to make it as simple as possible and this way in the event you need technical support on your POS System; There is no questions as to whats support you have or dont have. Below will outline information in regards to our technical support contracts offered and below that is a comparision chart. Bronze Service Agreement
Our Bronze service level agreement package for Aldelo is our most basic package that is included with most Aldelo POS System purchases. This support package includes business day technical support which is 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time Monday thru Friday. Additionally this support package includes remote access support which is where our technicans and account managers can support your business via remote sessions. Another feature of this package limits each session to 30 minutes each session and no more then 10 support tickets. We also include a 30 day learning curve in this Bronze package where you can contact our support team as much as you need them for the first 30 days of having your new Aldelo software without it counting toward your service agreement. You can reach this specialized team at extension 805. Unlike other service agreements. . . this Bronze support package isnt based on the number of stations you own but rather the amount of support you actually receive.
Silver Service Agreement
Our silver service agreement is our most popular support package used by a majority of our Aldelo clients. This package is system based which means the pricing depends on the number of software licenses you have registered to your account. This system includes features such as unlimited support around the clock, including the holidays; Unlimted Automatic upgrades, and allows support directly from a technical support team.
Gold Service Agreement
Our gold service agreement includes all the features mentioned above and also includes on site technical support within 72 hours. Additionally this package includes free daily backups of your system in the event of hardware failure. This package gives your piece of mind when it comes to security for your business systems.
Platinum Service Agreement
This platinum technical support service does it all! This package gives you a technican on site within 24 hours in the event a system has failed, provides you with unlimited support, has unlimited software upgrades, includes daily backups, and 24/7/365 technical support. This package is the best support package on the market and more then anything it provides your company security of minimizing your down time. The largest most important part of this package is that you have a next day replacement for any and all hardware failure. So a printer goes down. . . well we will replace it within 24 business hours to get you back up and going!
