Aldelo POS Technical Support- Bronze Plan
This Aldelo technical support service agreement plan is included with all pos software purchases of the Aldelo brand. This plan is our most basic plan and includes the minimum support. This plan includes 24/7/365 technical support for the first 30 days of using your software. This support is provided directly from Aldelo's support team for the first 30 days; which is located in the United States. After 30 days has passed from the date of the software purchase; You will then start receiving technical support directly from your account manager during normal business hours based on availbility. This plan after 30 days will then become limited to 10 technical support tickets with each ticket including 30 minutes of support time. Once this limit has been reached then you will be required to purchase a support agreement for additional support. Additionally this support agreement includes your upgrades for your software for the first 30 days after your software purchase. After 30 days you will not receive any additional upgrades unless a Silver Support Plan or Higher is purchased.
